Reviews
We had a lovely 3 night stay here last weekend. The room was fantastic with a massive bed.
The hotel was so clean right from the recreation area through to our room. The staff were all very helpful also
Metro station under 5 minutes walk away
There is no parking spot, and to park you would need to find somewhere else like on a curb or on the street. The rooms are a bit overpriced for being so squishy. There are also really dirty towels hanging around in the bathroom, and room service cleaning is decent at best. Oh and the wifi also reaches lag spikes of up to 100k ping and happens very frequently, for both casual browsing and gaming
Very clean nice rooms, air conditioning was working and effective. The bathrooms are nice. If you use a small wheelchair it's accessible. Larger wheelchairs might require a dedicated accessible room
The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are modern and they have a little bar which is nice. The male staff during the day are horrible, they made me feel so uncomfortable and after complaining about the bathtub having pubic hair and a razor cap in, one male member of staff began to shout at my partner (female) saying why did we leave it so late to tell them (we checked in at 2pm, and we were exhausted as our day had started at 2am with just 2 hours sleep- and as soon as we got into the room we both passed out, and we told them at 5/6pm). He did change our room which was a nice gesture. There was another man who continuously stared at us and gave us dirty looks which wasn’t pleasant. The women that worked there were amazing, there was one lady in particular who made our coffees who was polite, and really nice. During the night, the men at the desk are lovely always saying hello, and goodbye but overall the 3 male members of staff were rude and did not make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to a bus stop and the metro with shops close by. Be mindful that if travelling up and down that road at night there are working women, so be mindful of children. But overall, really great location and good and modern hotel to stay in. We would stay there again despite the attitude from some of the staff.
Great hotel, room with balcony was very clean. Distance to the grocery shop, caffe, metro and bus station is 3-4 min from the hotel.
Really nice hotel in a good location close to Marconi metro station. very comfortable beds, nice reception area and bar/restaurant
We stayed for 2 nights in a double room with breakfast. The room was just what we needed: spacious enough, with comfort bed and pillows, air conditioning and sanitary products in the toilet. There is also a mini bar, a boiler and tea. The wardrobe was a bit small, but ok for 2 people and for 2 nights. The breakfast had a great variety of everything (European, American, asian, vegetarian style) and espresso was also seved upon request. The hotel is quite far from the Rome city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and a metro stop 3' walk away. The neighborhood does not feel very safe unfortunately... The staff was friendly and helpful, however on the first day they did not help me with my luggage (2 suitcases and a backpack)...
When we checked into our hotel room we noticed that the TV was broken. We reported it to the staff within moments of getting in our room… and they immediately blamed us and stated that they will be charging us for breaking the TV. The service manager was rude and not understanding. This ruined the end of our vacation.
